Content on this website is provided for general information about NASportz, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation, and its programs. It does not constitute professional advice.

Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe. A gift is a voluntary contribution to NASportz and no goods or services are provided in exchange. Monthly gifts continue until you ask us to stop them by emailing info@nasportz.com. Refund requests for gifts made in error are considered case by case; write to the same address.

Leagues and play

League registration, participation, scoring and player accounts are provided by SportzOS at sportzos.com and are governed by its terms, including any waiver you accept when registering.

Intellectual property

Site content, design and the NASportz name and mark are the property of NASportz unless otherwise stated. Sponsor logos are the property of their owners and are used with permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, NASportz accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. The state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
