What this covers

This policy covers nasportz.com, the website of NASportz, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation. League registration, player accounts, scores and standings run on SportzOS at sportzos.com and are covered by its own privacy policy.

What we collect

When you use the contact, volunteer or sponsorship forms we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the topic you chose and your message. When you donate, Stripe collects your payment details and shares your name, email address and the amount with us so we can send a receipt. We never see or store card numbers. We also collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to match volunteers with events, to arrange sponsorship, to send donation receipts required for tax purposes, and to improve the website. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing without a separate, explicit opt-in.

Where it goes and how long it stays

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through a transactional email provider and stored in our mailbox. Donation records are held by Stripe and in our financial records for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed.

Analytics

If analytics is enabled it measures page views and interactions only. Form field values are never sent to an analytics provider.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Youth program enquiries are made by a parent or guardian.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@nasportz.com. We answer every request.
